Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. has been named the General Contractor by Nassau Burger Corp. (Melville, NY) for the construction of a new Checkers Restaurant with dine-in area to be located in Lake Grove, NY.
The 1,843-square foot, one story building will feature dimensional lumber, framing, sheathing, EIFS/masonry exterior and TPO roofing.
According to Racanelli Project Manager Mike Marshall, the original design of the building had to be modified to meet the Town of Smithtown’s requirement that the project include a dine-in room which is not typical for Checkers restaurants. Racanelli was instrumental in securing essential municipals approvals for the project.
