The ground-up project encompasses approximately 98,536 gross square feet and enhances the region’s commercial infrastructure with a modern, efficiently designed storage solution.
The newly constructed facility features an onsite office to support daily operations and customer service. The storage program includes 45 exterior drive-up storage units, providing convenient access, along with 683 interior climate-controlled storage units designed to accommodate a wide range of customer needs.
Racanelli Construction’s scope of work also included all associated site improvements, such as the construction of parking areas, driving aisles, and landscaping. These enhancements were carefully coordinated to ensure efficient traffic flow, safe access, and a welcoming environment for customers.
