Racanelli has completed St. Joseph’s College Athletic Facility in Brooklyn, New York

Racanelli has recently completed the St. Joseph’s College Athletic Facility in Brooklyn, New York. The project is valued over $12.5 million. Finally after 60 years, St. Joseph’s College has a facility that will match the growth and talent at the College. A new three story 26,000 tiered structure with balconies on each side overlooking the entry way, parking below ground to replace the lost spaces this building took when built. The ground floor has a regulation basketball and volleyball courts as well as a locker room. The mezzanine level houses the athletic offices and a fitness center on the top floor for the athletes to take advantage of and train in. Once the doors officially open, this new facility will start the path toward big opportunities and greater goals for the college.
