Racanelli Construction Serving as Construction Manager for a $35 Million Sag Harbor Condominium Project

Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. is currently serving as the Construction Manager for the restoration of an existing factory built in 1881 in Sag Harbor, NY and its conversion to condominiums. The 178,000 square foot building consists of four floors which will be converted into nine Victorian-style townhomes. Racanelli will be restoring the building to near original condition using concrete, masonry, wood floor timbers, doors, windows, drywall and MEPS. The residential complex will also include a pool and recreation building along with a 58,000 square foot underground parking garage which Racanelli is also building. In its role as Construction Manager, Racanelli secured town approvals for the townhomes’ aesthetic design to assure that their architectural integrity was consisted with the local area’s architecture. LEED Silver Certification will be sought for the project scheduled for November 2013 completion. The project is valued at over $35 million.
