Atria on the Hudson
Racanelli Construction recently completed a $20,660,000.00 renovation project of Atria on the Hudson Assisted Living complex is a multi-split 3-level, 147,000 square foot facility consisting of 122 rooms, a full commercial kitchen, conference room, library, formal and private dining rooms, recreation room indoor pool, fitness room and theatre. The site work included: parking areas, outdoor recreation area with a gazebo. Racanelli served as the Construction Manager on the renovation.
